You can familiarize yourself with the game design elements and their application in organizations in MODULE 1: UNDERSTAND. You will train how to use the toolbox for yourself and learn methods to quickly develop playful ideas.
If you want to develop motivational concepts in the business and commercial sector, you can become a Certified Designer for Gameful Motivation in MODULE 2: APPLICATION. You will train the development of gameful motivation concepts that are tailor-made for your target group and your organization.
MODULE 3: NETWORK offers you the opportunity to exchange ideas with other users and trainers. You will benefit from the knowledge of others and feed your own experience in using EMPAMOS into the network. As a Certified Expert for Gameful Motivation you will become part of a cross-sector community of practice.
MODULE 4: TRAIN is intended for users who want to train the application of EMPAMOS methods in their own company or for their own clients. As a Certified Trainer for Gameful Motivation you will have the opportunity to train your own clientele.
MODULE 5: RESEARCH offers you the opportunity to further think through the methods together with us and create new knowledge based on your expertise. You will have access to unpublished research results.
DESIGN & CONSULTING: We are also happy to develop individual solutions for you. Together with you, we evaluate the playful potential that lies within your organization or product and design customized motivational concepts for you that you can quickly implement.
